High-Density Foam Yoga Block with Non-Slip Faces and Rounded Edges

A single foam brick for the moments a pose sits just out of reach. Closed-cell EVA foam gives it a soft surface with a firm core underneath, so it takes your weight without squashing flat or denting along the corners. Sit on it, stand on it, or wedge it under a shoulder during a long stretch.

• Size: 9" x 5.9" x 2.3"
• Weight: 200 g, light enough to carry in one hand
• Material: odourless high-density closed-cell foam, resists cracking and deformation
• Edges: rounded and smoothed for comfortable handling
• Quantity: 1 block

The closed-cell structure is waterproof, so sweat sits on the surface instead of soaking in. Wipe it with a damp cloth and leave it to air dry. Suits yoga, pilates, dance and general stretching for adults and kids alike.
