Track Your Order
Every Openfitai parcel travels with a tracking number, and that number is emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us — usually within 0-1 business days of the order. Standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Paste the number below and we will send you straight to the carrier's own tracking page.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens, in order
- Order confirmation. Sent within minutes of checkout, carrying your order number.
- Shipping confirmation. Sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier, carrying the tracking number.
- Carrier updates. The carrier scans the parcel at each stage and updates the tracking page until it reaches your door.
If the tracking is not moving
A new number can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so a quiet day right after dispatch is normal. If several days pass with no update, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not where you are, write to support@openfitai.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
Check your spam or junk folder too — a shipping email filtered out of the inbox is the most common reason a tracking number appears to be missing. We reply to messages within 1-2 business days.
