About Us
About Us
Openfitai is a Home Workout Essentials shop run out of COLUMBUS, OH. We sell the equipment that fits in a garage corner, a spare bedroom or the gap behind a sofa — and still stands up to being used four times a week.
What we stock
Four shelves, each one covering a different part of a training day:
How a product gets on the shelf
We are not trying to carry everything. A product earns its place by being useful in a small space, by being honest about what it is made of, and by surviving repeated use rather than looking good for a month. Before anything is listed we check the material, the measurements and the load rating, and we write the product page from those figures — not from a manufacturer's marketing sheet. If a listing does not state a dimension, it is because the maker does not publish one, not because we left it out.
Everything we send is brand new and in its original packaging. We do not gift wrap.
What we promise
- Durability over novelty. Materials and build quality decide what we list.
- Plain timelines. Free standard shipping across all 50 states, orders out in 0-1 business days, 2-3 business days in transit, and a tracking number by email the moment a parcel leaves.
- A straight answer. Write to us and a person replies within 1-2 business days during business hours.
- A secure checkout. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection; we never store your card details.
