Checkout should take a minute and hold no surprises. Here is exactly what we accept, how your details are handled, and when money leaves your account.

How your details are protected
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. The connection between your browser and our store is encrypted with SSL/TLS, and your full card number never reaches our servers — it goes directly to the processor. We cannot see it, and we do not store it.
When you are charged
Your payment method is authorised and charged when you confirm the order at checkout. Nothing is taken before that point, and there is no separate charge later for shipping.
Prices and totals
All prices on this site are in US Dollars (USD). The full total — product price plus any applicable sales tax — is shown on the checkout page before you confirm. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. There are no handling charges, no service fees and no hidden extras.
If a payment is declined
A decline is almost always something on the card side rather than ours. Before trying again:
- Check the billing address and card number match what your bank holds.
- Make sure the funds or credit are available.
- Look for a block your bank or issuer may have placed on online purchases.
- Try one of the other methods listed above.
If it still will not go through, your bank can usually say why faster than we can.
Billing questions
After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If it has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder first, then write to us at support@openfitai.com and we will resend it.
