D-Shaped Foam Yoga Block, Matte Non-Slip Finish, 9.1 x 5.9 x 3.9 Inches

A curved-back block rather than a plain rectangle, so the flat face sits under a hand or foot while the rounded side follows the line of the spine or the back of a thigh. High-density EVA foam holds its shape under load instead of compressing away.

• 9.1 x 5.9 x 3.9 inches, the usual three heights depending on which face you rest it on
• High-density EVA foam, compression-resistant
• Matte textured surface that keeps its grip when hands get damp
• Light enough to carry to a class and stack with a mat at home

Wipe with a damp cloth and let it air-dry away from direct heat, which keeps the foam from hardening at the edges.
