Adjustable Speed Skipping Ropes, 2 Pack with Foam Grips and Ball-Bearing Swivels

Two skipping ropes in one set, built for fast footwork on a garage floor or a patch of driveway. Each rope runs on a tangle-free ball-bearing swivel, so the cable turns cleanly instead of kinking halfway through a set. The handles are moulded from soft anti-slip EVA memory foam and stay easy to hold once your palms get damp.

• Cable: PVC-wrapped embedded wire, 9.8 ft (2.8 m) long
• Adjustable: a piston ring shortens the cable to suit your height, then locks off
• Handles: PP core with EVA memory-foam sleeves, anti-slip texture
• Colours: one red rope, one blue rope
• In the set: 2 skipping ropes

Light enough to live in a kit bag and spin up quickly for circuits, interval rounds or a warm-up before lifting. Wipe the handles down after a session and coil the cable loosely rather than folding it.
