Adjustable Ankle and Wrist Weights, 2 Piece Set with Steel Grit Fill

A pair of soft weights that strap to either the ankle or the wrist and add load to movements you already do. The fill is high-density steel grit held in triple-layer reinforced fabric, so the weight stays evenly spread across each band and nothing works its way out at the seams.

• Quantity: 2 pieces
• Net weight: 1000 g / 2.20 lb
• Material: cloth outer, steel grit fill
• Colour: black; three colour options in the range
• Packed size: 27 x 7 x 5 cm / 10.62 x 2.75 x 1.96 in

A wide hook-and-loop strap wraps a full 360 degrees and pulls snug, so it does not creep down mid-stride. The fabric is breathable with padded edges to cut down on rubbing during longer wear. Good for leg lifts, arm curls, walking, dance and general conditioning. Spot clean and air dry.
