8mm Thick Exercise Mat in TPE with Textured Grip and Carry Strap

Both faces are non-slip. The top carries a fine texture that keeps hands and feet from sliding once sweat appears, and the underside is moulded in a wave pattern that grips the floor so the mat does not creep forward during planks or lunges.
